Neuro Momentum
Our Passion is your business success

I am deeply passionate about individuals having the tools they need to overcome limitations and have success in business, work or school. When an employee or business owner faces a limitation, like difficulty with focus, memory, planning, or executive function—implementing an accommodation is not just “nice to have”; it directly impacts the bottom line.
Some people fall into decent employment that meets their needs right off the top, but we all will struggle at some point. Over our life our fortitude will be tested and most of us will struggle as we need to learn new skills, overcome adversity, and adapt to change. This is true now more than ever.
Having support is essential in these times and I hope to teach practical skills to help you adapt and thrive in home, business or work.
About Lynne Jank

As a dyslexic adult myself, I am equally excited and worried about the role that technology plays in our lives. While it is a great time to access support with AI exploding, neurodivergent adults need support more than ever. With the expanding demands for literacy in all roles in society, I want to ensure that those with learning differences continue to thrive.
My goal is to ensure that you have the tools to overcome limitations and to be able to empower you to build plans that work. Accommodations are not what people with disabilities require from others, but the strategies that we employ to excel.
Academically I completed my BA majoring in Psychology (Queens, 1999) where I specialized in Child Psychology, Development, Reading Psychology, and Mental Health. I continues my studies in Social Work (McGill, 2003) where I expanded my clinical knowledge working with families, trauma, assessment, and government systems. In 2023 I began graduate work in Family Life Education expanding my knowledge of group work. Though my work life, I have participated in extensive training in privacy, best practice in indigenous and 2SLGBTQI+ support, specializing in adversity and resilience in teens and young adults both in the justice system and first-generation college/university students. I have extensive training in family finding with Kevin Campbell, Feedback informed therapy with Scott Miller, 6 Triple P Positive Parenting certifications for 0-18 including steppingstones for children with special needs. I have experience and skill in presenting to small and large groups including presenting casework to the Signs of Safety International conference in 2019.
Leaving school, I worked for 20 years in child protection where I have helped the most amazing children, youth, and parents overcome adversity to thrive. I always approach problem solving with a trauma informed perspective ensuring that plans are made to support and not overwhelm in order to move forward building confidence. I have endless enthusiasm fueled by hard work and a passion for reading everything despite my dyslexia. For children and adults feeling knocked down I believe it is essential to continually provide positive feedback to build an inner voice that is positive, solution focused, and loving.
